To book any of our services please contact us, and a 10% non-refundable deposit secures
the booking. For Weddings the deposit amount is £50.
Full payment is due seven days in advance of travel for all our services, including wedding car hire. Please note that if paying by cheque, it will need to have cleared seven days in advance of travel.
Credit and Debit cards are accepted. A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card payments. (There is no surcharge on debit cards).
Account customers are also welcome; please call to discuss arrangements

UNIQUE PAYMENT OPTION
A Chauffeur and A Car operates a 7 day payment in advance policy. There are however, occasions when this is not possible, such as late bookings or unexpected circumstances. Corporate clients especially may not know how long they require a car for until the day is halfway through. For this reason, your Chauffeur carries a mobile card payment terminal, so that we can accept your card payments instantly and securely. Just one more way that we stand out from the crowd.
